Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• At least five years of estimating or related experience in construction or architectural systems.
• Experience leading or developing technical or administrative teams.
• Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, or auditing detailed estimates and cost analyses.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and organize daily Estimating Department operations with clear priorities and deadlines.
• Oversee the entire estimating process from document review to submission of estimates.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, RFIs, and contract documents to define scope.
• Validate and audit estimates for quantities, costs, margins, and terms.
• Provide mentorship and develop the technical capabilities of estimators and juniors.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, engineering, operations, and purchasing.
