Formación

• Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Construction Engineering Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist estimators with quantity takeoffs, material counts, and bid preparation activities.
• Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and bid documents.
• Research material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
• Help prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and proposal documents.
• Coordinate with Operations, Project Management, Safety, and Business Development teams to gather project information.
• Assist with maintaining estimating databases, bid logs, and historical project records.
• Participate in project site visits, pre-bid meetings, and estimating reviews when applicable.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support estimating and business development efforts.
• Support specialprojects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
