Job summary

Qualifications

• Desire a career in construction, PM, field supervision, or estimating.
• Effective verbal and written communication with project personnel, suppliers, subcontractors, and owners.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications, and perform quantity take-offs.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Review and perform quantity survey assignments with lead estimator.
• Perform general sub-trade solicitation duties.
• Bid document control and bid day assignments.
• Sub-trade bid reviews and recapping.
• Visit job sites periodically.
• Use in-house estimating software (BEST Estimating).
• Develop relationships with subcontractors.
• Other duties as assigned.
