This hands-on internship offers exposure to construction estimating, blueprint reading, project coordination, and Division 8 products while building technical and professional skills. Position type: Part-Time or Full-Time Internship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or actively pursuing one.
• Currently enrolled in or pursuing a relevant degree preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong math, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and ask questions.

Responsibilities

• Assist estimators with reviewing drawings and specs.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for doors, frames, and hardware.
• Enter project info into estimating software and databases.
• Organize project documents and addenda.
• Request and track vendor pricing and product info.
• Assist with bid prep and proposal assembly.
• Support research and documentation for the estimating team.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
