Job summary

Brooks Building Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer Intern in Jacksonville, FL. You will support the Equipment & Parts team and gain hands-on experience with HVAC equipment, estimating, sales, and customer solutions while pursuing a mechanical engineering degree.

The internship runs 10–12 weeks starting May 24, 2027; 40 hours per week; housing available. You’ll be paired with a mentor and have access to executive speaker series and team events.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Rising junior or senior with full-time classes for Fall 2027.
• Interest in commercial HVAC and engineering sales.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in both an office and active job-site environment.
• Available to complete a 10–12 week internship beginning May 24, 2027.

Brooks Building Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer Intern to support our Equipment & Parts team. As a Daikin representative, you’ll gain hands‑on experience with commercial HVAC equipment, estimating, sales, and customer solutions while supporting projects throughout the Jacksonville market.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with equipment selections, pricing, and quotations


• Support sales engineers with customer requests and proposals


• Research commercial HVAC equipment and applications


• Review project specifications and equipment requirements


• Learn how commercial HVAC equipment is selected, applied, and sold
