Job summary

Brooks Building Solutions is seeking a Construction Project Management Intern for Summer 2027 in our Sunrise, Florida office. This hands-on role supports commercial construction projects from planning through completion while working with experienced project managers.

You will assist with scheduling, documentation, procurement, and coordination, visiting active job sites and engaging with customers and subcontractors to learn day-to-day management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Rising Junior or Senior, registered for full-time classes for Fall 2027.
• Available for a 10-12 week internship beginning May 24, 2027.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with scheduling, documentation, and project coordination.
• Assist with material procurement and tracking.
• Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Visit active job sites and gain exposure to construction operations.
• Assist with project closeout and day-to-day project management activities.
