Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 2+ years construction experience.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and travel may be required.
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs.

Responsibilities

• Performs quantity survey of materials shown on project plans.
• Reads and outlines project specifications and maintains audit trail.
• Supports vendor/subcontractor pricing and bid solicitation.
• Assists with pricing, value creation items and estimating integration.
• Participates in constructability reviews and QA/QC input.
