Job summary

Sole Construction Partners, a shared services engine for five construction companies, seeks an Estimating Coordinator to organize project documentation, keep logs, and arm estimators with what they need to win the next job.

You will coordinate between Estimating, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Operations, and Field teams, manage folders and templates, and provide administrative support as the department grows. This role offers opportunity to contribute across a growing enterprise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years of construction industry experience.
• Previous administrative, coordination, or project support experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience reading and organizing construction plans and documents.

Responsibilities

• Support estimators by ensuring project documentation is organized and available.
• Maintain estimating logs, project tracking reports, and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate communication between Estimating, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Operations, and Field teams.
• Assist with project handoffs and ensure documentation is complete.
• Develop and maintain department templates, procedures, and documentation.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and project tracking documents.
