Job summary

Our Client, a local legacy contractor, seeks a senior Estimator to lead the estimating team on a range of commercial projects across the South and South East, including retail, warehouses, MOBs, offices, and assisted living facilities. The role offers direct involvement with company strategy and ongoing mentorship of team members.

You will drive conceptual and schematic estimates, partner with project owners, and help shape the firm’s future bidding and delivery approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of Estimating/Preconstruction Experience.
• Experience in Conceptual/Schematic Estimating.
• Proven track record of working on projects similar to those above.
• Enjoys leading and mentoring other team members.
