About the Position

As our Estimating Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the estimating process from start to finish, setting deadlines, and producing accurate bid packages. Position Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules of deliverables for the team and assist with managing timelines, deadlines, and estimating packages.
• Communicate with vendors and clients to build relationships, define the project scope, address any deficiencies, negotiate prices, and facilitate registration process of products.
• Research quotes for material and labor from our suppliers and subcontractors.
• Continuously follow up on all bid projects and accurately forecast future awards.
• Partner with Power Design’s construction project management team to properly transfer awarded projects.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

• College graduates with 1-3 years of related coordination or administrative work experience.

• Someone with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and basic fundamental skills in database management, Bluebeam or other PDF‑editing software, and construction plan reading/interpretation.
