Job summary

Power Design, Inc. is seeking an Associate Estimator to support electrical estimates for multifamily and commercial projects within our Change Order department.

You will lead the estimating team regionally, research pricing, and collaborate with customers to define scope and negotiate terms. The role requires 1+ years of electrical estimating experience or a related degree/experience combo, and proficiency in MS Office and Accubid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field or 3–4 years electrical field experience.
• 1+ years of relevant electrical estimating experience.
• Motivated problem solver with a focus on customer service.
• Thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communicator; organized, detail-oriented and efficient.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (Accubid preferred).

• Lead, direct and train a regionally aligned estimating team.
• Research to produce accurate, complete and competitive pricing.
• Conduct lighting fixture counts by reviewing plans and blueprints.

Position Responsibilities
