Job summary

The Institute of Beauty and Wellness in Madison, WI is seeking an Esthiology Instructor to train and inspire the next generation of estheticians at our Madison campus. This full-time role offers a stable schedule, a competitive hourly wage, and a pathway to mentor students toward licensure and successful careers in beauty and wellness.

You will teach theory and hands-on techniques across skincare services, provide feedback, uphold professional standards, and help students prepare for licensing

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin esthetics license.
• Real-world esthetician experience, including advanced services.
• Experience in teaching, training, or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Teach core curriculum — theory and hands-on training in facials, waxing, body treatments, makeup application, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced services
• Coach students with feedback that helps them grow, both technically and professionally
• Instill the professionalism and work ethic they'll need to thrive in the service industry
• Prepare students for their state license exams and help set them up for job placement
• Train students on Aveda and Ultraceuticals products and protocols
• Bring company systems and standards to life in the classroom
