Job summary

The Institute of Beauty and Wellness in Madison is seeking a passionate Esthiology Instructor to train, mentor, and inspire the next generation of estheticians on our evening program.

This part-time role runs Monday through Thursday, 4–10 p.m., with Fridays–Sundays off, offering a stable schedule and opportunity to maintain your day practice.

You'll guide students in core curriculum, hands-on techniques, and prepare them for state licensing exams while promoting professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Esthetics license is required.
• Real-world esthetician experience with advanced services.
• Teaching, training or leadership experience.
• Passion for beauty and wellness and helping students succeed.

Responsibilities

• Teach core curriculum — theory and hands-on training in facials, waxing, body treatments, makeup, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced services.
• Coach students with feedback to support technical and professional growth.
• Instill professionalism and work ethic for the service industry.
• Prepare students for state license exams and job placement.
• Train students on brand products and protocols.
• Bring company systems and standards to life in the classroom.

Schedule

What You'll Do

• Teach core curriculum — theory and hands‑on training in facials, waxing, body treatments, makeup application, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and advanced services

What You'll Bring
