Job summary

The Institute of Beauty and Wellness in Chicago is seeking a Cosmetology Instructor to train, mentor, and inspire the next generation of stylists at our Madison campus. Deliver core curriculum through structured instruction, hands-on practical training, and student evaluations.

Guide students through state board preparation, supervise and mentor on the clinic floor, stay current on Aveda products and industry trends, and implement campus policies.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Cosmetology license.
• Two+ years of industry experience.
• Prior teaching, training, or leadership experience.
• Aveda experience is a plus.
