FACE FOUNDRIÉ seeks an Advanced Practice Esthetician Instructor for SAVANT Aesthetics Institute in Eden Prairie. The role entails delivering comprehensive esthetics courses, mentoring students, and ensuring safe classroom practice across campuses.

Ideal candidates have MN Advanced Practice Esthetician Instructor licensure, at least 2 years in esthetics with advanced techniques, and teaching experience. This part‑time, 14–15 hours/week position requires strong communication and tech skills.

Qualifications

• Valid MN Advanced Practice Esthetician Instructor License required.
• Minimum 2 years of esthetics experience with advanced skin care techniques.
• Previous teaching experience in an esthetics program is highly desirable.

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Advanced Practice Esthetician Instructor to join our dynamic educational team. SAVANT Aesthetics Institute is a growing force in the industry in Eden Prairie. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in esthetics, a deep understanding of advanced skin care techniques, and a commitment to fostering the next generation of estheticians. As an instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive esthetics courses, ensuring that students acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for successful careers in the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Instruction:

   • Deliver engaging and interactive lectures, demonstrations, and hands‑on training.

   • Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

2. Student Support and Assessment:

   • Provide individualized instruction and support to students.

   • Assess student performance through practical exams, written tests, and assignments.

   • Offer constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and knowledge.

3. Classroom Management:

   • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

   • Maintain classroom discipline and manage classroom dynamics effectively.

   • Ensure that all safety and sanitation protocols are followed.

4. Professional Development:

   • Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and regulations.

   • Attend workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance professional skills.

   • Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to program development.

Qualifications:

• Licensure/Education:

  • A valid MN Advanced Practice Esthetician Instructor License.

• Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the esthetics field, with a focus on advanced skin care techniques.

  • Previous teaching experience in an esthetics program is highly desirable.

  • Extensive knowledge of advanced esthetics procedures, including but not limited to chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and skincare analysis.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficiency in using educational technology and software.

• Schedule:

  • 14-15 hours/week

  • Thursday + Friday 7:30AM-4PM (Additional work hours may be available based on staffing requirements/needs)

Work Environment:

• This position requires standing for extended periods and performing practical demonstrations.

• Must be able to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be willing to work at both campuses based on business needs
