Job summary

Eminence Organic Skin Care is seeking a part-time Training Specialist to train and support Spa Partners across the Chicago suburbs. You will work with the Outside Sales Representative to deliver expert product knowledge and engaging sessions at partner locations.

Responsibilities include on-site trainings, order processing, and after-training follow-ups. Travel within the territory and occasional local events are required, with flexible scheduling for 2–3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Current Esthetician License and actively practicing for 2–3 years
• Ability to travel overnight within territory and beyond as needed
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for assigned territory
• Customer service experience (2+ years)
• Sales experience (1+ year)
• Training facilitation/presentation experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide training and sales support to Spa Partner accounts.
• Conduct regular on-site trainings at spa locations on a quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Representative and Eminence Central Office to deliver outstanding service.
• Process Spa Partner orders and assist with inventory and event coordination.
• Follow up after trainings within 48 hours with materials and answers to questions.
• Travel within the territory as required and attend local events.
