You will collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless treatment experiences, maintain equipment and supplies, and drive retail sales while delivering outstanding guest care.

Qualifications

• Two years of esthetics experience, including upscale spa operations.
• Current State of Arizona Esthetics or Cosmetology license.
• Professional communication with guests and team.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Esthetics treatments and maintain service standards.
• Work with Spa therapy team to deliver rest and relaxation experiences.
• Begin and end treatments on time per published protocols.
• Ensure rooms, equipment, linens, and supplies are properly stocked.
• Maintain inventory and proper disposal of used linens.
• Present home-care recommendations and product options to guests.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly retail sales goals.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and Omni Policies.
