Specificresponsibilities include:

• To provide thehighest level of customer service set forth by the Kohler Waters Spas andForbes
  
• Meeting andgreeting guests with professionalism
  
• Cleanlinessstandards of all areas within the spa including treatment rooms, publicareas, and back-of-house areas
  
• Upholding andmaintain set uniform and grooming standards
  
• Knowledge of spaservices and amenities; including but no limited toFacials, Body
• Treatments, Waxing, Bridal Makeup
  
• Knowledge ofemergency procedures
  
• Providing thehighest level of technical service and adherence to SOP’s
  
• Meeting agreedupon retail sales goals by educating guests on at home care
  
• Maintaincontinuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin requirements
  
• Adhering topolicies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.
  

Thisis a part time position, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will varybetween 8:00am and 9:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

• Current and validState Esthetics license required
  
• Prior experiencein a spa environment preferred
  
• ExperienceinDermaplaning, Microdermabrasion and HydraFacial is a plus

The competitive commission range for this position + tips/gratuity may be influenced by a variety of factors.
