Job summary

As an Esthetician Instructor, you will mentor students, deliver comprehensive skincare instruction, and connect theory to real-world applications while upholding Milan

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an approved Esthetician or Esthetics training program.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience as an Esthetician.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, laboratory, and hands-on instruction in accordance with the curriculum.
• Supervise students performing esthetic services in lab and student clinic environments.
• Observe student services and provide coaching and corrective instruction as needed.
• Maintain sanitation, safety procedures, and proper preparation of treatment areas.
• Monitor student consultations, skin analyses, service selections, and post-service recommendations.
• Support student retention through proactive engagement and timely feedback.
