Milan Institute is seeking an Esthetician Instructor to deliver comprehensive classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction in our esthetics program. You will teach skin anatomy, analysis, facial treatments, waxing, makeup, safety, and professional standards to prepare students for licensure and entry-level roles.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an approved Esthetician or Esthetics training program.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience as an Esthetician.
• Must meet instructor qualification requirements per state licensing agency and Milan Institute.
• Teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction per curriculum and schedules.
• Provide esthetics instruction on skin anatomy, analysis, treatments, and product knowledge.
• Supervise student services in lab and clinic environments.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and support licensure preparation.
• Maintain professional classroom and clinic management, sanitation, and safety standards.
