Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an approved Esthetician or Esthetics training program.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience working as an Esthetician.
• Must meet all instructor qualification requirements established by state licensing and Milan Institute.
• Teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, laboratory, and hands-on clinical instruction.
• Supervise students in laboratory and student clinic environments.
• Monitor student attendance and progress; provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure sanitation, disinfection, and safety practices are followed.
• Maintain professional classroom and clinic environments and documentation.
