Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Esthetician or cosmetology license in good standing is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a practicing esthetician.
• Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of esthetics principles, practices, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and passion for educating estheticians.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum and objectives.
• Provide theoretical and practical instruction in skincare techniques, facials, waxing, makeup, and other esthetician procedures.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and growth.
• Demonstrate proper techniques, safety practices, and industry standards.
• Supervise hands-on guidance during practical sessions and labs.
• Assess student progress through evaluations and projects with constructive feedback.
• Identify and address individual learning needs of students.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new esthetics techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe classroom and lab environment.
• Mentor students and collaborate on curriculum development.
