Qualifications

• Provide top-level esthetic services to members and guests.
• Design progressive treatment plans based on skincare goals.

Responsibilities

• Carry an active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Provide excellent service by performing high-quality facial treatments.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client goals.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create a welcoming experience for members/guests with a friendly attitude.
• Generate new clientele through referrals and memberships.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas.
