Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• 1–2 years of hands-on spa experience recommended.
• Provide top-level esthetician services and client care.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial treatments and skincare services.
• Design and adjust progressive treatment plans based on client goals.
• Assist members and guests, achieving sales goals set by spa management.
• Maintain a clean, professional treatment room and shared spaces.
• Generate new clientele through member referrals and memberships.
