Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Inc. is seeking a licensed esthetician to join our team. In this role you will perform top‑level skincare services, design progressive treatment plans, and help clients achieve their skincare goals.

You will participate in hands‑on trainings, workshops, and webinars, while aiming to meet sales goals and create an outstanding experience for members and guests. A valid esthetics license in the appropriate state is required and liability insurance is preferred.

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
