Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Skin Expert (Esthetician) for a part-time role. You will perform facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, waxing, and brow tinting while ensuring top-quality service and client care.

Ideal candidates hold an Esthetician license with experience in the listed treatments, can work independently or in a team, and excel at building lasting client relationships. Training and safety are emphasized in a modern, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Esthetician license required.
• Experience with the listed treatments (dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, waxing, tinting).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform short services: facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing and brow tinting; upsell when appropriate.
• Book appointments and manage return visits.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures; ensure compliance.
• Maintain partnerships with FACE FOUNDRIÉ staff for teamwork.
• Notify manager of supply needs to keep items on hand.
• Assist in in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow time-keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Job Description:

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.




• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.




• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.




• Perform short services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting. Actively recommends additional services when appropriate.




• Use an appointment book or system to book for return services.




• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.




• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.




• Work with the Salon Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.




• Assist in all in store operational processes.




• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.




• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.




• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Experience we are looking for…

• Esthetician License/ Advanced Practice License




• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.




• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.




• Developed communication skills.




• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
