Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking enthusiastic Skin Experts to join the founding team of our new Paradise Valley location opening Fall 2026. You'll help shape operations, recruit and train colleagues, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a modern skincare environment.

As a founding member, you will build a high-performing team, promoteFACE FOUNDRIÉ products, achieve personal and store goals, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while delivering best-in-class skincare services to our guests

Qualifications

• Esthetician license required.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, peels, brow waxing/tinting.
• Proficiency with equipment for facial services.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests.

• Demonstrate and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting.

Job Description:

We are seeking exceptional candidates to join the founding team of our newest location, scheduled to open in Fall 2026. This is a unique opportunity to become part of our brand-new location and help shape its success from day one. As a founding team member, you'll play an integral role in building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and bringing our brand and mission to life in a new community.

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform short services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting. Actively recommends additional services when appropriate.
• Use an appointment book or system to book for return services.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Experience we are looking for…

• Esthetician License/ Advanced Practice License
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.
• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.
• Developed communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
