Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is opening a new location in Paradise Valley, AZ, Fall 2026, and seeks exceptional candidates to join the founding team. As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will deliver guest-centric skincare services and help build a high-performing team from day one.

You will perform facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing and brow tinting, while achieving sales goals, recommending products, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Esthetician License/Advanced Practice License.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.
• Developed communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.
• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.
• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform short services including facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting.
• Book return services and manage appointment book.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures.
• Collaborate with FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork.
• Notify store management of supply needs to ensure items are on hand.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Maintain store standards and timeliness.
• Follow company timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Job Description

We are seeking exceptional candidates to join the founding team of our newest location, scheduled to open in Fall 2026. This is a unique opportunity to become part of our brand-new location and help shape its success from day one. As a founding team member, you'll play an integral role in building a high-performing team, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and bringing our brand and mission to life in a new community.

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert you will…

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.


• Achieve personal/store sales and service goals.


• Demonstrate, recommend and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.


• Perform short services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, waxing, tweezing and eyebrow tinting. Actively recommends additional services when appropriate.


• Use an appointment book or system to book for return services.


• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.


• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.


• Work with the Salon Manager to notify of supply needs to ensure necessary items are on hand at all times.


• Assist in all in store operational processes.


• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.


• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.


• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Experience We Are Looking For…

• Esthetician License/ Advanced Practice License


• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing and tinting.


• Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
