Job summary

A skincare and beauty services provider in Naples, Florida is looking for a licensed Esthetician. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of skincare services and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining State Board compliance. Responsibilities include conducting facials, dermaplaning, and waxing, and actively recommending products. A passion for skincare and strong communication skills are necessary. Responsibilities

Our Estheticians are responsible for performing 40-50 minute facials, dermaplaning, peels, waxing and brow services following our carefully curated and innovative service protocols. You must maintain State Board compliance and keep accurate and complete client records, provide excellent customer service, achieve all services and product sales goals, as well as follow all of FACE FOUNDRIÉ operations guidelines.
Provide “red carpet” level customer service at all times to every guest.
Perform services consistent with FACE FOUNDRIÉ protocols.
Perform consecutive skincare services, including but not limited to: facials, dermaplaning, hydradermabrasion, lash lift, facial waxing, brow lamination, tinting and henna. Actively recommend additional services when appropriate.
Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products and memberships.
Meet or exceed personal and store sales and service goals.
Give service recommendations and rebook clients.
Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services; ensuring State Board compliance at all times.
Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
Assist in all in-store operational processes, including store cleaning tasks.
Work with the Salon Manager to notify of inventory and supply needs.
Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.

Experience we are looking for
