Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness of Greenville is seeking a part-time licensed esthetician to join our Derby Street Shops studio in Hingham, MA. The role includes performing Cryoskin, Hydrafacial and related services, building a client base, and driving appointment goals in a fast-growing wellness retail environment.

Compensation is hourly with a commission plan; candidates should be flexible to work at Newton, Hingham, or Dedham Restore locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Esthetician credential required.
• Experience or certification with Cryoskin or Hydrafacial preferred.
• Willingness to work across Restore locations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cryoskin, Hydrafacial and other esthetic services as added to our menu.
• Develop a client base and meet or exceed appointment goals.
• Book, confirm, reschedule and cancel appointments.
• Keep accurate records of each client’s session.
• Maintain esthetic equipment and treatment areas.

Restore Hyper Wellnessoffers Marini and Hydropeptide products, and a variety of skin health services including, Neveskin/Hydrafacial services.Training and successful performance as a Wellness Representative is mandatory.

Restore Hyper Wellness & Cryotherapy is seeking a motivatedlicensed esthetician to help grow our skin health business in our store. The ideal candidate would have an entrepreneurial spirit and is excited to contribute to the growth of the store.

Compensation is hourly with a commission plan.

Ideal candidate would be willing to dowork at Restore locations in Newton, Hingham or Dedham.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cryoskin, Hydrafacial and any other esthetic and body services as they are added to our menu.
• Developing a client base and meeting or exceeding appointment goals
• Booking, confirming, rescheduling and canceling appointments
• Keep accurate records of each client’s session
• Cleaning and maintaining esthetic equipment and treatment areas.
• Completing thorough consultations for Cryoskin and esthetic treatments.
• Selling esthetic services to members and new customers
• Cross-selling complementary services available at Restore.
• Ordering supplies for esthetic treatments.
• Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products that we can offer clients to support and enhance their service
• Educate clients on the other Restore modalities
• When not with clients: assisting in other store operations: greeting customers, answering phones, retailing out through POS, providing customer tours, selling services, operating equipment, light cleaning, etc.
• Qualifications
• Licensed Esthetician
• Experience or certification in using CryoSkin and Hydrafacial equipment is not required but preferred.
