Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Hingham, Massachusetts is seeking motivated part-time estheticians to join their studio. The ideal candidate will perform esthetic services including Cryoskin and Hydrafacial while developing a client base and managing appointments.

Compensation is hourly with base pay plus performance-based commissions. Training as a Wellness Representative is mandatory. Interest in working at multiple locations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience or certification in using CryoSkin and Hydrafacial equipment.

We are looking for part‑time estheticians at our studio at Derby Street Shops in Hingham, Massachusetts. Training and successful performance as a Wellness Representative is mandatory.

Compensation is hourly with a commission plan. Base pay plus commissions is offered, with a significant performance‑based commission after the initial probationary period.

Restore Hyper Wellness & Cryotherapy is seeking a motivated licensed esthetician to help grow our skin health business in our store. The ideal candidate would have an entrepreneurial spirit and be excited to contribute to the growth of the store.

Ideal candidate would be willing to work at Restore locations in Newton, Hingham, or Dedham.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cryoskin, Hydrafacial, and any other esthetic and body services as they are added to our menu.
• Develop a client base and meet or exceed appointment goals.
• Book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Keep accurate records of each client’s session.
• Clean and maintain esthetic equipment and treatment areas.
• Complete thorough consultations for Cryoskin and esthetic treatments.
• Sell esthetic services to members and new customers.
• Cross‑sell complementary services available at Restore.
• Order supplies for esthetic treatments.
• Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products that can be offered to clients.
• Educate clients on other Restore modalities.
• Assist in other store operations: greet customers, answer phones, retail through POS, provide customer tours, sell services, operate equipment, and perform light cleaning.

Qualifications

• Experience or certification in using CryoSkin and Hydrafacial equipment is not required but preferred.
