Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness in Newton, MA is seeking licensed estheticians for part-time to full-time roles, including a lead esthetician position. Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $21, with a commission plan after the probationary period.

Ideal candidates will perform Cryoskin and Hydrafacial services, build a client base, manage bookings, and educate clients on Restore modalities. Licensure is required; location flexibility may include Newton, Hingham, or Dedham stores.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate client session records.
• Clean and maintain equipment and treatment areas.
• Conduct thorough consultations for Cryoskin and esthetic treatments.
• Sell services to members and new customers; cross-sell other Restore modalities.
• Order supplies and stay current on product knowledge.

We are looking for part time to full time estheticians at our store in Newton Massachusetts, including a lead esthetician position. Restore Hyper Wellness offers Cryoskin/Hydrafacial services.

Restore Hyper Wellness & Cryotherapy is seeking a motivated licensed esthetician to help grow our Cryoskin business in our store. The ideal candidate would have an entrepreneurial spirit and is excited to contribute to the growth of the store.

Compensation is hourly with a commission plan.

Ideal candidate would be willing to do work at Restore locations in Newton, Hingham or Dedham.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cryoskin, Hydrafacial and any other esthetic and body services as they are added to our menu.
• Developing a client base and meeting or exceeding appointment goals
• Booking, confirming, rescheduling and canceling appointments
• Keep accurate records of each client's session
• Cleaning and maintaining esthetic equipment and treatment areas.
• Completing thorough consultations for Cryoskin and esthetic treatments.
• Selling esthetic services to members and new customers
• Cross-selling complementary services available at Restore.
• Ordering supplies for esthetic treatments.
• Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products that we can offer clients to support and enhance their service
• Educate clients on the other Restore modalities
• When not with clients: assisting in other store operations: greeting customers, answering phones, retailing out through POS, providing customer tours, selling services, operating equipment, light cleaning, etc.
• Qualifications
• Licensed Esthetician
• Experience or certification in using CryoSkin and Hydrafacial equipment is not required but preferred.
