Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is hiring a licensed esthetician to grow our Cryoskin program in-store. You will provide Neveskin and related esthetic services, build a client base, and drive appointment goals.

The role involves booking, consultations, and maintaining records, while educating clients on Restore modalities and cross-selling services. Active participation in store operations is also expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician required or licensed in Illinois.
• Experience with Neveskin not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Neveskin and other esthetic services as added to the menu.
• Develop client base and meet appointment goals.
• Book, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
• Maintain accurate treatment records.
• Keep esthetic equipment and treatment areas clean.
• Order retail products and manage purchases for DoTerra.
• Conduct thorough consultations for treatments.
• Sell services to members and new customers.
• Cross-sell complementary Restore services.
• Assist in store operations when not with clients.

Restore Hyper Wellness & Cryotherapy is seeking a motivated licensed esthetician to help grow our Cryoskin business in our store.The ideal candidate would have an entrepreneurial spirit and is excited to contribute to the growth of the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform Neveskin and any other esthetic and body services as they are added to our menu.
• Developing a client base and meeting or exceeding appointment goals
• Booking, confirming, rescheduling and canceling appointments
• Keep accurate records of each client's session
• Cleaning and maintaining esthetic equipment and treatment areas.
• Managing and ordering retail sales and purchases for doTerra.
• Completing thorough consultations for Neveskin and esthetic treatments.
• Selling esthetic services to members and new customers
• Cross-selling complementary services available at Restore.
• Managing and ordering retail sales and purchases for doTerra.
• Ordering supplies for esthetic treatments.
• Maintain current product knowledge of all modalities and products that we can offer clients to support and enhance their service
• Educate clients on the other Restore modalities
• When not with clients: assisting in other store operations: greeting customers, answering phones, retailing out through POS, providing customer tours, selling services, operating equipment, light cleaning, etc.

Qualifications

• Experience or certification in using Neveskin equipment is not required but preferred.
