Licensed Esthetician

Spavia Day Spais hiring a full-time Licensed Esthetician.

W-2 position - We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments

• Avg pay per 50‑min facial: $41-46 (includes gratuity)
• Advanced services: $51-56 for 60-70 min treatments
• Steady schedule with loyal guests & members

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

Service - Length - Pay (incl. gratuity)

• Signature Facial - 50 min
• Advanced Facials/Exfoliation - 40-60 min
• Upgraded Treatments - 70 min
• Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments
• Average specialist gratuity: ~$20 (included)
• Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Schedule & Benefits

• 20‑minute turnover between services
• Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute facials
