Job summary

Spavia Greenlake in Seattle seeks a Part-time Licensed Esthetician to join our award-winning day spa. You’ll perform facial treatments, upsell enhancements, and support member experiences in a calm, professional setting.

Weekend/evening availability preferred, 20-minute turnovers, and a team-focused culture. Pay is per service: 50-min facial $60-$65 (gratuity included), advanced facials $65-$70, upgrade treatments $70-$75; average gratuity around $33.

At Spavia Greenlake, we provide a full-service, affordable luxury day spa experience. From our guest retreat areas, warm neck pillows, robes to our private showers and premium product lines, we create an elevated space for healing. We manage all the business details (marketing, booking, and linens) so you can do what you do best in a calm, beautiful, and professional home.

What this looks like for you:

Avg pay per 50-min facial: $60 - $65 (includes gratuity)

Advanced services: Up to $70 for 60-70 min treatments

Steady schedule with loyal guests & members

W-2 position - We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

Service - Length - Pay (incl. gratuity)

• Signature Facial - 50 min - $60-$65
• Advanced Facials/Exfoliation - 40-60 min - $65-$70
• Upgraded Treatments - 70 min - $70-$75

Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments

Average specialist gratuity: ~$33 included

Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses
