Job summary

Spavia is hiring licensed estheticians in Johns Creek, GA for part-time and full-time roles. You’ll perform signature facials and advanced treatments with a transparent pay structure based on experience. The position is W-2; marketing and supplies are handled by us so you can focus on treatments.

Typical shifts run 5–6 hours with 10-minute turnover; weekend/evening availability preferred. Earn from $52–$66 per service with potential annual earnings around $70k–$75k+ for 30 hrs/week, plus bonuses

Spavia [Location] is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Estheticians!

Avg pay per 50-min facial: $52-$56 (includes gratuity)
Advanced services: Up to $66 for 60–70 min treatments
Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
W-2 position – We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

• Signature Facial – 50 min – $52–$56 (incl. gratuity)


• Advanced Facials/Exfoliation – 40-60 min – $57–$61 (incl. gratuity)


• Upgraded Treatments – 70 min – $62–$66 (incl. gratuity)

Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments
Average specialist gratuity: ~$20 included
Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70K–$75K+ annually
Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Schedule & Benefits
