Job summary

Spavia Estero is hiring licensed estheticians for part-time and full-time roles. Earn an average of $52–$56 per 50-minute facial, with advanced treatments up to $66 for longer sessions; gratuity included. Experienced staff at 30 hours/week can earn $70K–$75K+ annually. Shifts are 5–6 hours with 10-minute turnover, guaranteed PTO and in-house training.

We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatment excellence in a luxury spa setting with a loyal guest base and membership model.

Qualifications

• License required to practice esthetics in Florida.
• Strong interpersonal and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on enhancements and memberships to support wellness goals.
