Our “SKIN EXPERT” (Esthetician / Cosmetologist) is responsible for performing 40-minute facials, brows, lashes, and waxing. The SKIN EXPERT maintains State Board compliance and keeps accurate records. Provides excellent customer service, achieves service and product goals, and follows FACE FOUNDRIÉ guidelines. Must be 18+ with an active, valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License as required by law.

As a FACE FOUNDRIÉ Skin Expert, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Achieve personal and store goals.
• Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform services including dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, lash lifts, and extensions.
• Give service recommendations and rebook clients.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures to ensure Board compliance.
• Create and maintain a partnership with team members to promote teamwork and high customer service standards.
• Work with the Salon Manager to ensure supplies are stocked.
• Assist with store operational processes.
• Maintain store standards at all times.
• Follow company timekeeping procedures accurately.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.

Experience we are looking for:

• Cosmetology / Esthetics License
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
