Jobot is seeking a skilled Trusts & Estates Attorney to advise clients on estate planning strategies, draft sophisticated planning documents, and assist with estate/trust administration in a Greensboro, GA on-site role.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of trusts and estates experience, Georgia Bar membership, and strong drafting/analytical skills to support wealthy individuals and families in a collaborative firm environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
• 2+ years of experience in trusts and estates law including estate planning/administration.
• Strong knowledge of Georgia probate procedures and estate planning techniques.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review estate planning documents including wills and trusts.
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies and tax-efficient planning.
• Handle probate and estate administration matters including filings and asset distribution.
• Assist with trust administration and fiduciary guidance.
• Counsel high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on succession planning.
