Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate documents.
  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies, asset protection, and tax considerations.
  • Represent clients in probate, trust administration, and guardianship or conservatorship proceedings.
  • Collaborate with clients, partner, and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
  • Minimum 5‑year experience in estates and trusts (probate, trust administration, guardianship/conservatorship).
  • Strong drafting, research, and organizational skills with independent judgment.
