Trust & Will is a remote-first company providing accessible estate planning solutions in the United States. We’re seeking a friendly, clear writer who can become the first point of contact for members, delivering accurate information and thoughtful responses across live chat, email and phone.

You’ll resolve issues efficiently, communicate estate planning basics, and help customers navigate our product and services while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing support role across chat, email, and phone.
• A sincere passion for customers and a lean, productive operation.
• Creative problem solving for members and internal teams.
• Experience with Zendesk, G-Suite and Notion.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support for Trust & Will members via live chat, email and phone calls.
• Communicate thoughtfully to answer questions about Trust & Will products and estate planning.
• Handle user issues directly and resolve customer complaints.
