Qualifications

• Minimum four years as a paralegal or legal assistant in trusts and estates.
• Strong probate and trust administration background.
• Experience preparing federal estate tax returns is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with significant direct client contact.

Responsibilities

• Assist with probate and trust administration, including filings and correspondence.
• Prepare and review estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney).
• Coordinate asset transfers, distributions, and trust funding.
• Draft and file court documents for estate and trust matters.
• Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and professionals to facilitate administration.
