Job summary

Orionplacement seeks an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join a growing practice in Warrendale, PA. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes estate planning, probate, and elder law with meaningful client contact and hands-on responsibility.

You will draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents; handle probate matters; counsel on long-term care and asset protection; and contribute to Medicaid planning as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate planning, probate, and elder law required or strongly preferred.
• Medicaid spend-down planning experience is highly valued.
• Pennsylvania bar admission strongly preferred for competitive consideration.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, probate matters, and elder law issues.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents.
• Handle probate and estate administration matters from intake through resolution.
• Counsel families on long-term care planning, asset protection, and related legal considerations.
• Support or lead Medicaid planning and spend-down matters, depending on experience.
• Maintain strong client communication and deliver a high-touch, service-oriented experience.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff in a growing, team-driven office.
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the practice through excellent legal work and client care.
