Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join its growing legal team in a hybrid role after a 90-day onsite onboarding. The attorney will guide families through life’s important decisions, draft documents, and manage probate matters with compassionate client service.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of estate planning/probate experience, strong drafting and client communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a

Qualifications

• Active membership in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
• Minimum of 3+ years of estate planning and/or probate experience.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team environment.
• Professional presence with strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Experience working within a client-centered, relationship-driven environment.
• Familiarity with case management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their personal and financial goals.
• Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and related documents.
• Handle probate and estate administration matters from initiation through resolution.
• Guide clients through probate filings, court procedures, and asset distribution matters.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with clients regarding legal strategy, timelines, and expectations.
• Collaborate with legal support staff and attorneys to ensure smooth case progression and exceptional client service.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and manage deadlines effectively.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, referral sources, and professional partners.
