Work closely with a paralegal and client success coordinator, leverage WealthCounsel and AI tools, and develop seminars to grow the practice and serve the community.

Qualificações

• Experience in estate planning and probate law, drafting and managing wills and trusts.
• Proficiency or willingness to become proficient in WealthCounsel / Wealth Docx.
• Ability to leverage AI and modern legal tech (Clio, Lawmatics, Decision Vault) to improve service.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships with a business mindset.
• Strong presentation skills for seminars and workshops that engage the community.
• Leadership experience managing and developing a team, setting clear expectations.
• Commitment to continuous learning and coachable attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and manage wills, trusts, and estate plans; guide probate administration.
• Lead a team including a paralegal and Client Success Coordinator.
• Present seminars and community talks to grow the practice.
• Build and expand the estate planning and probate practice.
• Collaborate with cross-practice teams across the firm.
