Martino Law Group, LLC is seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to grow and lead our estate planning and probate practice, drafting wills and trusts and guiding families through probate with clarity and compassion.

You'll work with a paralegal and a Client Success Coordinator, enjoy a steady stream of leads, and leverage WealthCounsel, Clio, Lawmatics, and Decision Vault to deliver efficient service and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate planning and probate law, drafting and managing wills and trusts.
• Proficiency with WealthCounsel / Wealth Docx; able to quickly become proficient.
• Ability to leverage AI and modern legal tech to improve efficiency and service.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong presentation skills and experience hosting seminars.
• Leadership experience and ability to manage team members.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsabilités

• Draft and manage wills, trusts, and estate plans.
• Guide families through probate administration with clarity.
• Lead matters with autonomy while collaborating with the paralegal and client success coordinator.
• Present seminars and community talks to educate clients.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to grow the practice.
