Monteforte Law, P.C. in Woburn, MA seeks an Associate Attorney focusing on estate planning and elder law. You will work with clients on wills, trusts, probate, and long-term-care planning, with growing responsibility and leadership of client matters.

Admittance to Massachusetts or eligibility is required; you should be able to explain complex subjects clearly, take ownership, and be coachable as you develop into a trusted advisor within a collaborative team.

• Admitted to practice in Massachusetts or eligible for prompt admission.
• Ability to explain complex subjects clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Work on estate planning, trusts, probate, elder law, and long-term-care planning.
• Analyze legal issues and help design estate plans.
• Counsel clients, review and supervise work, and take ownership of client matters.
• Lead client planning meetings as readiness grows.
