Job summary

Synectics Inc. seeks an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of probate or estate planning experience and active California Bar membership. This in-person role offers strong growth, generous bonuses, and support from senior attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities include handling trusts and estates from intake to conclusion, managing planning and court-supervised matters, and ensuring excellent client service with independent and collaborative work.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active CA Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years probate or estate planning experience; 2-4 years preferred.
• Spanish fluency preferred; strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle trust and estate matters from intake through conclusion with supervising attorney support.
• Manage estate planning, special needs planning, and court-supervised trust matters.
• Handle trust contests, court accountings, and probate administration following death.
• Manage all aspects of conservatorship matters with paralegal and administrative support.
• Work independently and collaboratively while maintaining strong follow-through and client service.
