Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission or eligibility.
• Experience or coursework in Labor and Employment Law.
• Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to clients under supervision.
• Proficiency in legal Research to support estate planning, probate, and associated matters.
• Strong negotiation skills and professional communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small-firm environment and maintain client confidentiality.
• Interest in estate planning and probate practice.
