Legacy Law Firm, P.C. in Johnston, IA is opening a new office and hiring two Plan Administrators. The role supports attorneys and clients from start to finish, with about 60% computer work and 40% client contact in person, by phone, or email.

You will work with the Johnston attorneys and our Sioux Falls team, following established processes and contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values quality and client service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced office management, administration, legal, accounting, teaching, or banking role.
• Impeccable attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Draft legal documents and letters.
• Gather information from clients and outside professionals for estate plans.
• Review bank statements, organize files, and prepare mailings/notices.
• Maintain accurate client files and support attorneys throughout the estate planning process.
• Meet with clients in person and provide ongoing support.
